OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITIES ARE ISO 9002 CERTIFIED.

Its our zeal to fulfill quality requirement of our valued customer during

production as well as pre production stages such as spinning, weaving,

processing, knitting, and stitching. Test and inspections are carried out

at various points during production from spinning to stitching in order

to meet quality standards on regular basis.

For Apparel Division, we have maintained a newly designed information

system from Cutting to Packing, through which we control the usage of

correct Fabrics, Trims, and Accessories. We are also following marking

system on each panel of an item to avoid shade problem within a garment.

IN-LINE QUALITY CONTROL (APPAREL/HOME TEXTILE):

At production floor, approved sample and specification are avilable at

each line standards. During production of any particulars Order / Style,

Line Supervisor checks stitching quality as well as sizes of different

measuring points at each machine in order to immediately remove faults

and get the things under control at the very first stage.

QUALITY CONTROL AT FINISHING (APPAREL/HOME TEXTILE):

All stitched items are tranferred to Finishing Department for Inspection.

At this stage 100% production is checked by the inspectors.In case of

any repairable fault inspector return the items to production department

for alteration and reject if irrepairable.

QUALITY CONTROL AT SHIPMENT (APPAREL/HOME TEXTILE):

Incharge Quality Control / Incharge Production take out almost 10%

cartons from the shipment and arrange inspection of the same under

their supervision to avoid any quality problems at the customer’s end.
